In Honor and In Memoriam Donations
We are honored to accept donations as a tribute to an individual. If you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of an individual, you can do this in two ways:
- Electronically through our online donation form. In the Additional Information section at the bottom of the form, please indicate whether the gift is "In Honor" or "In Memory" and provide the individual's name.
- By check - Mail a check to First Tee – Central Ohio, PO Box 3, 7309 E. Livingston Ave., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Please indicate in the Memo line whether the gift is "In Honor" or "In Memory" and provide the individual's name.
If you would like to set up a tribute for an individual, please contact us at 614-751-8227 or [email protected]. We will send an acknowledgment letter to you or the individuals's loved ones with each donor's name and mailing address.
