Girls Golf is a community of more than 1,000,000 girls across the globe who are learning and loving the game. Girls Golf sites, like First Tee of Central Ohio, provide girls with quality golf instruction led by LPGA/PGA teaching professionals and certified coaches from First Tee. Girls Golf members learn more than just the game of golf…they learn confidence and valuable life skills. From leadership to healthy living, Girls Golf uses the Five E’s to Empower, Enrich, Engage, Exercise, and Energize through the game of golf. The LPGA USGA Girls Golf Program is for girls ages 7 to 17, with any skill level welcome – from beginners to more experienced golfers! Our coaches specialize in creating unique experiences that show girls just how much fun golf really is!

We’re all about the fundamentals of golf. We pride ourselves on infusing fun and opportunities to be social into our programming to keep girls engaged and enjoying the game. Often this means putting down the 7 iron and having a golf fashion show, or cutting the drills short to make time for a pizza party. A typical Girls Golf event could include anything from hitting marshmallows out of a bunker, taking a field trip to a professional golf tournament, or hosting a spring-themed golf competition. Creativity is Queen when it comes to Girls Golf, and we’re not afraid to think outside of the box! After all, golf is a game right?! We take our job of making it seriously fun!
