Tod Ortlip was instrumental in establishing the Morton Foundation in 1998, as a way for friends and associates of Robert J.G. Morton to honor his contributions and influence. As the Foundation took shape, its purpose solidified as a way to widen the appeal of golf for young people and to create a safe space for education and mentorship.
In 2013, The Morton Foundation became First Tee — Central Ohio, and Tod continued to serve in pivotal leadership roles that have helped the chapter thrive and grow its impact. Tod also assists in organizing the annual Orty’s Outing and Auction, a prestigious golf outing that benefits First Tee – Central Ohio.
